Macarthur Region

The Macarthur region covers an area of 3,289 square kilometres. The Estimated Regional Population for Macarthur is 254,000 based on the Census 2011 data and has in excess of 17,052 businesses operating in the region. Ideally located on major transport corridors, the region is within half an hour's travel to Sydney, Wollongong and international sea and airports. The region has a diversity of business enterprises, including manufacturing, farming, service industries and mining.
