Vacancy Rates for Commercial and Industrial Properties in Macarthur

The Focus of the report is twofold.  First it quantifies the vacant commercial and retail floor space in the main shopping precincts of Camden and Campbelltown and identifies the causal factors.  Second, it estimates the magnitude of vacant industrial floor space in Airds Road in Campbelltown and examines its underlying causes.  Policy responses to address both these issues are discussed in the report.
